Election of Head of Department at The Faculty of Law

Each department at the faculty has a Head of Department. Heads of Departments are elected every four years.

Upcoming elections

In the autumn of 2025, three new Heads of Departments will be elected for the following departments:

  • Department of Public Law
  • Department of Criminology and Sociology of Law
  • Scandinavian Insitute of Maritime Law

The position as Head of Department is for a term of four years.
