The Department management

• Head of Department: Professor Margrethe Buskerud Christoffersen
• Deputy head: Professor Eirik Østerud
• Head of Office:  Eli Knotten

Responsibilities 

• The Head of Department is responsible for the department's professional activities.
• The Deputy Head acts as a substitute for the Head of Department. The Deputy Head is also the Head of Research and is responsible for coordinating research activities that are organised at different levels, such as research groups, thematic groups, centres, and projects.
• The office manager leads the administrative work at the department.
