Mona Naomi is cand.jur from UiO 1999. She has extensive experience with digitalisation in the public sector, and in particular legal aspects of technology and Law.

Mona Naomi has been the national representative to the OECD Working Party of Senior Digital Government Officials, EU ISA Working Group on Interoperability Architecture, EU eGovernment Benchmark Group, EU eGov Action Plan Steering Board and EU ISA2 Committee.

She has also been a lecturer and examiner at The Norwegian Research Center for Computers and Law (UiO), BI, University of South-Eastern Norway, Gjøvik University College (now NTNU) and The Archive Academy (now OsloMet).
