The Second Italo-Norwegian Conference, entitled “The Impact of EU Regulation on Models of Banking and Finance” took place in Rome at Organized at the Guglielmo Marconi University and the LUISS Guido Carli University with the LEVEL Project at the Institute of Private law, University of Oslo.

The event is part of the PRIN 2020 research project, entitled "Regulating technological driven finance: activities, subjects and supervision in the digital era". Academics, experts, professionals and institutional representatives from various European and non-European countries participated, with the aim of analyzing in depth the role and impact of European regulation on banking and financial models.
