Teaching

Background

Antonsen holds an MA in Criminology from the University of Oslo, and a B.Sc. from the University of Roehampton. Her master thesis explored changes in the Norwegian penal debate over time, through an analysis of the rhetoric and attitudes applied to issues of crime and punishment in Norwegian policy documents.

After finishing the MA, Katrine worked as a research assistant on the Comparative penology project of the University of Cambridge. She has also been working as project manager at Wayback, livet etter soning, and as a prison officer.
