General priorities
The health, enviroment and security situation is given the highest priority. Demands shall be met, and problems solved as soon as possible through
- a close cooperation between the NCHR management, employees, the employee representatives for health, enviroment and security,
- through close cooperation btween the NCHR mangement, the UiO estate department and the Domus Juridica owner, Entra.

The NCHR is situated in Domus Juridica 7 level. All doors are secured, but can be unlocked from the inside. The building is mostly in concrete. Window are normally not to be opened.
