Strengthening Legal Aid Institutions
NCHR cooperates with YLBHI – the Indonesian Legal Aid Foundation, an organisation that plays a key role in providing legal aid to marginalised individuals and groups, and in bringing human rights claims before Indonesian courts.

The cooperation addresses on the use of human rights arguments in legal cases, and aims to build capacity at legal aid clinics around Indonesia associated with the YLBHI network.
Previously
In 2022-2024, NCHR supported Indonesian Judicial Research Society’s work to promote JPIC’s work to promote access to legal aid for vulnerable groups.
