Energy law and climate law have previously been two rather separate disciplines, but at the same time it is obvious that the two fields are closely related to each other, says head of department Ola Mestad. The support from Equinor makes it possible for us to develop new and interdisciplinary expertise within the crossing field called energy and climate law, he concludes.
Agreement with Equinor
The University of Oslo and the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law has concluded an agreement with Equinor in the field of climate and energy law.
