Background
Christian Hauge has worked as a shipping lawyer at Wiersholm for more than 20 years—primarily advising on, litigating, and resolving disputes in maritime law, marine insurance, contract law, and tort law. He is admitted to appear before the Supreme Court of Norway and has experience as an arbitrator.
Thesis
The working title of his PhD thesis is “Shipyard Risk in the Conversion of Vessels.”
Christian also serves as Chair of the Nordic Offshore & Maritime Arbitration Association (NOMA), is a board member of the Maritime Law Association, and is a member of JUS’s educational committee for Shipping & Offshore.
