The ISLC – International Space Law in Context Platform welcomes you to the fourth edition of the International Space Law Seminar Series, hosted in 2026 by the University of Oslo. Taking place on 28–29 May, 2026, at the Faculty of Law (Domus Media), this edition situates International Space Law within the broader framework of Public International Law amid geopolitical tensions, rapid technological change, and growing private sector involvement. Through a holistic approach, the seminars explore intersections with fields such as environmental law, the law of the sea, and human rights, while addressing key issues including space militarization, commercial activities, and the governance of global commons, fostering critical debate on the future of a stable, equitable, and sustainable use of outer space.
