Disputation: Eirik Wold Sund

Eirik Wold Sund at Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law will be defending the thesis Kontrakt og myndighetskrav. Et obligasjonsrettslig problemkompleks belyst gjennom sjørettslige analyser av oppdrettsnæringens brønnbåtcertepartierfor the degree of PhD.

Time and place for the trial lecture

14th of September 10:15am-11:00am in Gamle festsal. The title for the trial lecture will be: Betydningen av oppfyllelseshindringer for yteplikt, vederlagsplikt og ansvar i kontraktsforhold – herunder om forholdet mellom begrepene yteplikt, kontraktsbrudd/mislighold, oppfyllelsesavvik og pliktbrudd.
