Ms. Ingebjørg Hansen is a Senior Investigative Officer at the Homicide Department at the Oslo police district and was accompanied by NCHR to participate in the panel titled International Guidelines on Non-Coercive Interviewing and Associated Safeguards: Current Status and the Way Forward.

Ms. Hansen participated in the panel alongside UN Police Adviser and Director of Police Division, Mr. Luis Carrilho, Ms. Alka Pradhan, Human Rights Counsel at Guantanamo Bay Military Commissions, and Juan Mendez, former UN Special Rapporteur on Torture. The panel was followed by an open discussion.
