Responsibilities
Viktoria Høgberg works as a research assistant on the ECHR project, where she summarizes judgments from the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) that are published in Lovdata.
Background
Viktoria is in her fifth year of the Master of Laws program. In addition to her position at the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights (SMR), she is employed as a research assistant at the Department of Public and International Law, where she is writing her master's thesis on the Svalbard Treaty. She has worked as a grader and writing tutor at the faculty for an extended period. In the autumn of 2024, she was employed as a case officer at the Regulatory Authority for Energy. Viktoria is a former winner of the Juristforening's Thesis Prize and has received an individual award from the Nordic Moot Court Competition in Human Rights.
