Jennie Holck-Clausen

Introduction
Ms. Jennie Holck-Clausen is a Senior Advisor at the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights International Department. She is working with projects under the Oslo Coalition on Freedom of Religion or Belief, with a particular focus on the Legitimate Limitations-projects in Brazil, Nigeria, Georgia; and Buddhism and Human Rights in Sri Lanka. She is also involved in NCHR’s work on Gender and Human Rights in China.
She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Human Rights Law from Lund University. Before joining NCHR she was working for the European Wergeland Centre, responsible for projects on democratic citizenship and human rights education in the Western Balkans; and projects targeting teachers and school leaders in the Nordic countries focusing on prevention of hate speech, discrimination, violent extremism and radicalization. She also has worked at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law managing human rights capacity building projects in the field of administration of justice, national human rights commissions and civil society in South Caucasus, South-East Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.
