About the webinar:

Flexibility is seen as a key factor in a more decentralised energy system, with more active consumers and variable production and demand. It also appears as an increasingly important tool in addressing peak demand and grid congestion.

Some of the central questions we will address are: How can a flexibility markets help communicate where there is scarcity in the grid and where there is flexibility available? How can the value of flexibility be established? The regulatory framework for the development of flexibility markets and flexibility platforms will be reviewed, including the draft Network Code on Demand Response that is currently under adoption at the EU level. Experiences from NODES will be featured."
