The NCHR is part of the general Ph.d. programme at the Faculty of Law, University of Oslo. Currently, the Centre employs several candidates focusing on human rights topics.

Does the Refugee Convention still have an impact in states that have not signed it? How do these states actually contribute to the development of international refugee law? Maja Janmyr will discover the answers to these questions in the ERC Starting Grant project entitled BEYOND.
