Gerald J. Postema: Rule of Law Beyond National Borders

Gerald J. Postema is Cary C. Boshamer Professor of Philosophy and Professor of Law at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and will give a special guest lecture on the theme "Rule of Law Beyond National Borders".

Postema's lecture will be followed by a panel with

• Mads Andenæs, Professor of Law, Department of Private Law, University of Oslo
• Asle Toje, Political scientist and researcher on international politics

The meeting will be moderated by David Undersrud, President of the Norwegian Association for Legal Philosophy.
