Her PhD-project touches upon various areas of public law, including human rights, equality and anti-discrimination law, and administrative law.

Kvinnegard holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo (2021). She has also contributed to the public report NOU 2023: 20 Tegnspråk for livet submitted by the Tegnspråkutvalget, and has experience in delivering lectures to various organizations.

At the faculty, Kvinnegard has been a research fellow since 2023. She teaches courses on equality and discrimination law. She is also actively involved in the faculty's various projects related to communicating law in Norwegian Sign Language.
